Matthew McClinnis, CPA, CMA, Named Finance Director at Penn Foundation

Matthew McClinnis, CPA, CMA, will be promoted to finance director at Penn Foundation, effective July 1, 2021 when Penn Foundation plans to join the St. Luke’s University Health Network. McClinnis succeeds Kellie O’Neill, who will retire as Chief Financial Officer after six years with Penn Foundation.

“We are pleased that Matt will take on the oversight of our financial services,” says Wayne Mugrauer, president and chief executive officer of Penn Foundation. “Matt’s experience in financial planning and analysis coupled with his meticulous attention to detail and critical thinking skills will be invaluable as we become the newest entity to join the St. Luke’s University Health Network on July 1.”

McClinnis has more than seven years of experience in the financial field. He joined Penn Foundation in October 2020 and currently serves as Controller. Prior to joining Penn Foundation, McClinnis worked as a financial analyst/capital controller for B. Braun Medical, Inc. in Bethlehem, PA. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Muhlenberg College and is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant. McClinnis resides in Easton.
