Instilling Hope. Together.

Together, St. Luke’s and Penn Foundation deliver high-quality, integrated, mental health and substance use disorder services. Our merger in July 2021 created the largest, fully-integrated network of behavioral health services in Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey dedicated to meeting the needs of individuals and families in the communities we serve.

Established in 1955, Penn Foundation is a non-profit, community-based behavioral health provider known for its quality mental health and substance abuse programs and exceptional treatment outcomes. Penn Foundation operates one of Pennsylvania’s first Centers of Excellence, is an Aetna Institute of Quality, and is an Independence Blue Cross Center of Distinction.

For nearly 150 years, St. Luke’s University Health Network is a fully integrated, regional, non-profit health network. With 12 hospital campuses and a multitude of Care Now walk-in locations, outpatient testing and service facilities, St. Luke’s is routinely honored by numerous organizations, including the IBM Watson Health 100 Top Hospitals Award – widely regarded as one of the highest honors in the health care industry – in the Major Teaching Hospital category for six years in a row.
