Jennifer Villare, MS, LPC, NCC Named Penn Foundation’s New Camp Mariposa Director
(SELLERSVILLE, Pa.) – Jennifer Villare, MS, LPC, NCC has been named the new Director of Penn Foundation’s Camp Mariposa® program. In this role, she will coordinate all Camp weekends and activities and manage the day-to-day operations of the program including staffing, volunteer recruitment, camp registrations, and marketing.

Villare joined Penn Foundation in 2016 as an outpatient drug and alcohol counselor, providing treatment to adults with substance abuse issues and mental health disorders. Prior to that, she worked as a counselor at Pyramid Healthcare in Quakertown, providing counseling to adolescents struggling with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders and their families. Villare earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Scranton. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). Additionally, Villare has been an active member of the West End Fire Company and Quakertown Fire Department for six years. She resides in Quakertown.
About Camp Mariposa®
Camp Mariposa is a national addiction prevention and mentoring program for children who have been impacted by substance abuse in their families. Offered in partnership with Eluna (formerly The Moyer Foundation), camp is free for all families. Children ages 9 to 12 attend transformational weekend camps multiple times a year. They participate in fun, traditional camp activities combined with education and support exercises led by mental health professionals and trained mentors.
